Decorate tote bags for Kids Give Back's annual children's Halloween event: Costumes for Kids: A Fall Volunteer Festival on October 24, 2026 @ 11am-2pm at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
The bags will accompany storybook character costumes for children, K-2 grade, who attend Title 1 schools. This is the sixth year of the program. Volunteers for the event are welcome.
